Program Description
In pursuit of achieving a part of the fifth goal of sustainable development and ensuring its achievement with an academic approach, a work plan has been prepared to discover and develop leadership capabilities among female elements at Al-Farahidi University to achieve gender justice and equality of opportunities.

Target Audience
Female staff holding master's and doctoral degrees at Al-Farahidi University.

Project Objectives
1) Develop a strategy for work according to specified timelines.
2) Include a large percentage of the female staff in our university for the purpose of selecting the most effective, capable, and ready-to-lead elements.
3) Develop leadership and managerial capabilities academically by involving professors and researchers in the fields of psychology, management, sociology, and law in preparing training courses specifically for the development of female staff.
